PIE Coach — soccer performance and injury-prevention guidance

Terms of Service

PIE Terms of Service Version 1.0 — October 1, 2026

Entity: PIE Sport Technologies Inc., a California corporation ("PIE," "we," "us," or "our")

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PIE, including our website, account system, and practice-plan analysis tool (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PIE generates sports practice plans and injury-prevention guidance based on information coaches provide, including grouped age ranges, sex, competition level, and general symptom or context indicators. PIE does not collect player names or individually identifying player data. The Service is intended for use by coaches and is not directed at or intended for use by minors.

Your use of PIE's guidance is also governed by the PIE Liability Waiver, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to both documents.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

PIE offers a free plan limited to three (3) practice plan analyses per calendar month, and paid plans billed monthly ($39/month), semi-annually ($179 per 6-month term), or annually ($299 per 12-month term). A limited Founding Coach annual rate ($249 per 12-month term) is offered to the first 100 subscribers; it is lost if the subscription is cancelled, except that a subscription that lapses due to payment failure may be reactivated at that rate within 14 days.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time, except where required by law.

We may change our pricing or plan structure at any time. If we do, we will provide notice before the change takes effect for existing subscribers, and continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;

Attempt to circumvent usage limits, account restrictions, or security measures;

Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's underlying logic or data in bulk;

Share your account credentials with others or use the Service on behalf of an unauthorized third party;

Use the Service to collect or process player-identifying data beyond grouped, non identifying inputs.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

PIE and its underlying technology, content, and branding are owned by PIE Sport Technologies Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. Practice plans and guidance generated for your account are yours to use for your own coaching purposes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." PIE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and does not guarantee that any athlete will avoid injury by following PIE's guidance. See the PIE Liability Waiver for additional disclaimers and limitations specific to injury-prevention guidance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIE and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. PIE's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid PIE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under California law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is warranted by a violation of Section 4.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
