PIE Coach is operated by PIE Sport Technologies Inc. This notice explains the information used to provide the service.
Account and practice information
We use your email address for sign-in, account emails, and email verification. Your account also records your plan, analysis usage, and acceptance of the Terms of Service and Liability Waiver. Practice analysis uses your practice plan and grouped team information such as age range, sex, competition level, match schedule, equipment, and general symptom or context indicators. Analysis history supports repeat-session exercise selection. Do not include player names or individually identifying player information. The service is for adult coaches, not children.
We don't sell your information
PIE Coach does not sell or share personal information for advertising. We use only the service providers listed in this notice, and only to run the service.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes subscription payments. PIE Coach records billing identifiers, subscription status, and renewal information to manage access. Lovable Cloud supports account services and data storage. Account emails are sent through our transactional email service from notify.piecoachai.com.
Analytics and embedded video
We use PostHog for page views and events such as signup, login, and practice analysis. Analytics are used only to understand and improve the service. When you sign in, analytics can associate these events with your account ID and email. The introductory video is hosted by YouTube and uses its privacy-enhanced embed. Playing the video connects your browser to YouTube; its own privacy practices apply.
Your choices
You can view and update your account information from your account page. You may also request a copy or correction of the information we hold about you, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us at the email below or from the account page.
Data retention
We keep your account and analysis data while your account is active. When an account is deleted, that data is deleted, except the consent and waiver records described below.
Account deletion and agreement records
You can request account deletion from your account page. Consent and waiver records are retained after deletion for legal recordkeeping, including the agreement versions, acceptance time, email address, and account-deletion time.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Do Not Track
We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice from time to time. Updates are posted here with a new effective date, and we will notify account holders by email of material changes.
